Ingredients:

Fish oil (anchovies, sardines, mackerel, herring) 4.53g and vitamin D3 1000UI.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:  All natural flavouring, tocopherols (derived from non-GMO soy) and green tea extract.

Directions:

Adults and adolescents 14 years of age and over: Take 1 tsp. (5ml) daily.

Children 1 to 13 years old: Take ½ tsp. (2.5ml) daily.
