Ingredients:

Vitamin C from Ester-C brand calcium ascorbate and sodium ascorbate 250mg and calcium (calcium ascorbate) 11.3mg.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Stevia rebaudiana leaf, dextrose, fructose, citric acid, natural flavour, guar gum, stearic acid (vegetable), magnesium stearate (vegetable), turmeric extract, beetroot powder and silicon dioxide.

Directions:

Adults: Chew 1 to 3 tablets daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Children 4 years of age and over: Chew 1 tablet daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
